Maciej Kiepal
Maciej Kiepal has been active in the construction industry continuously for nearly 30 years now. He has learned all about the investment market, from various perspectives, that is, when being involved in many diverse projects of office buildings as well as commercial, education healthcare, administrative, trade, leisure and other sales interiors. In 2000, he joined a company belonging to the Armstrong World Industries. At Armstrong Building Products (being a part of the AWI), he was responsible for cooperating with key customers, and as the Sales Manager in Poland, for building and developing the team of Technical and Sales Consultants as well as strengthening the market position of the Armstrong brand. A graduate of the Warsaw SGGW University of Life Sciences (Faculty of Wood Technology) and the NSB - National-Louis University in Nowy Sącz (Postgraduate MBA).
Andrzej Jaźwiński
Andrzej Jaźwiński has been working in the construction industry since 1995. From 1995 to 2005, he worked in a company responsible for the Beckers brand, where he climbed the career ladder up until he achieved the position of the Beckers Poland Brand Manager. He was one of the first to introduce NCS-based paint mixers and decorative wall painting systems. The modern and innovative solutions offered by Beckers created new possibilities of designing a wide range of colours and textures. He cooperated with design offices, investors, construction companies and wholesalers of building materials. Moreover, he also participated in the execution of all types of investments – office, retail and service projects as well as residential and healthcare facilities. Used his experience as the Buyer at the Bricoman chain and in managerial positions at Baumit, Bolix and 3W Dystrybucja Budowlana. Graduated from the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw with a degree in Management and Marketing. A passionates skier. Loves dogs.
